The second sneaker of the Mafia Pack, the Mafia Highs have a clean, Italian look to them with its white patent uppers and luxury, red reptile skin swoosh.  The contrast stitching is a nice touch also.  On the lace loop on the back is an Italian Horn pendant chain while the tongue has a nice, creative design.  These kicks are about as classy as they get.
