As the White Dunk art exhibition moved on to Toyko, Japan, 200 pairs of the full white canvas Tokyo Dunks were made for the special event.  The pairs were raffled off to avoid lines and camp-outs, as an estimated 10,000 tickets were sold.  Note that there are no Nike logos on the heel or tongue, making the sneaker a true blank canvas.  Good luck on finding a pair today.
