Air Jordan 38
The Air Jordan 38 is the 38th sneaker in Michael Jordan’s signature line, first officially unveiled to the public in July 2023. The Air Jordan 8, revealed 30 years prior, influences the 38’s construction in indirect fashion. The X-Plate technology in the sole, intended to facilitate mobility and quick cuts, is inspired by the straps of the AJ8.
Among other major highlights on the silhouette, it features heavy allusions to Mike’s playing career, like with the 41 cross stitches on the collar mirroring his 41 PPG average during the finals.
The XXXVIII rolled out new colorways right up until the debut of the Air Jordan 39 in June. Below you’ll find an archive of all the Air Jordan 38 colorways we received in its one year run.
