Converse SHAI 001
The Converse SHAI 1 aka SHAI 001 is the first signature shoe of OKC Thunder superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. After signing a lucrative, multi-year extension with Converse in early 2024, Converse officially announced the new signature shoe during the 2025 All-Star Break.
The Converse SHAI 001 is set to debut Fall 2025 for $130 in the debut “Butter” colorway. Currently, there is no additional information regarding other colorways and styles.
The Shai 1 features a molded upper with a zipper, providing a lifestyle-friendly look to go along with the performance qualities. Shai and Converse sought to create a shoe that looked good enough for casual wear.
The new Shai Gilgeous-Alexander shoes feature Nike’s Air Zoom technology with a state of the art foam and a new traction pattern designed for his multi-directional movements on the court.
His new logo appears on just the tongue, while the Converse chevron logo appears on the heel.
