NIKE AIR SAFARI The Nike Air Safari is a Tinker Hatfield designed Nike model that released originally in 1987. The sneaker was one of the first Nike models to extend beyond the world of sport, with Hatfield’s original intent being to create a sort of luxury sneaker. The model features the ‘safari’ print on the front and back ends, a motif that has been used in countless designs since.
