Nike Giannis Freak 6
The Nike Giannis Freak 6 is the sixth numbered signature shoe by Greek NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks. The shoes first released on August 16th, 2024 and retail for $140-$150.
Much like preceding Giannis shoes, the Freak 6 emphasizes stability and energy return. The lower half features Cushlon 2.0 foam and Air Zoom forefoot cushioning, complemented by TPU midsole elements and an internal containment system for lateral quickness. Additionally, the upper is comprised primarily of mesh and synthetics, enhancing breathability while producing a lightweight wear. From a design standpoint, the key characteristic is oversized branding. Swoosh logos make their way across both the lateral and medial profiles, bleeding downwards underneath the top portion of the midsole.
