Reebok Pump Omni Zone II
The Reebok Pump Omni Zone II is a retro basketball sneaker originally released in 1991. The sneaker was made famous when Dee Brown — then a rookie playing for the Boston Celtics — won the 1991 NBA Slam Dunk Contest in the shoe, pumping up his sneakers before pulling off his iconic no-look dunk.
Like other Reebok Pumps, the Omni Zone II features a hidden inflatable air bladder in the tongue that inflates when you press the tongue button, which is shaped like a basketball. While no longer called upon for on-court performance, the sneaker has found a second life as part of Reebok’s retro business. Reebok is usually good for at least a few releases every year, including the occasional collaboration, such as the upcoming 2025 collaboration with PlayStation.
