Travis Scott is among the world’s biggest musical attractions and undoubtedly the most popular entertainer among youth culture. His partnership with NIKE, Inc. has become the most important collaborative relationship in sneakers today.

From Days Before Rodeo to 2023’s Utopia, Travis Scott’s trajectory has been nothing but upwards; every album and single doing well to increase the artist’s cultural significance. But while music continues to be an important tool in expanding his own influence, Scott’s style remains something admired on a global scale with every fan looking to emulate through graphic merchandise or through his number of Jordan and Nike collaborations.

When did Nike and Travis Scott first collaborate?

A pivotal point for the young Travis Scott was when he officially signed with NIKE, Inc. in early 2017. His first collaboration came in December of that year-an Air Force 1 with a removable Swoosh.

They weren’t instant sell-outs, however, as pairs were still available for retail afterwards. Today, you’d be pressed to find a pair under $1,000. As La Flame’s stardom continued to rise, so did the demand for more collaborative releases.

When did the first Travis Scott x Air Jordan release?

In 2018, Travis released his very first silhouette with Jordan Brand, an Air Jordan 4 inspired by the colors of the Houston Oilers. Alongside that release is the elusive Purple and Mocha samples that have yet to release to the public.

This would only be the beginning of the most fruitful collaborative relationship in Air Jordan history; since this release, Travis Scott and the Jumpman have released an Air Jordan 33, the Air Jordan 6, the Air Jordan 1 High, and the Air Jordan 1 Low.

Today, the Travis Scott are unquestionably the most popular of the entire Cactus Jack catalog. It is by far the most prolific model yet with nine different colorways already under their belt and more to come in 2024 and 2025.

How many signature shoes does Travis Scott have?

After over a year of teasers and leaks, Travis Scott and Jordan Brand released a brand new shoe — the Jordan Jumpman Jack. The low-cut model draws inspiration from the Air Jordan 1 as well as training footwear from the 1980s via the thick strap at the fore-foot. The original release came in April 2024 in the “Muslin” colorway; several more are planned for 2024 and beyond.

On the Nike side, Travis Scott blended his love of baseball and soccer to create the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx. With elements of the Air Zoom Spiridon and Nike Training footwear of the 1980s, the Zoom Field Jaxx acts like a multi-purpose training shoe with full-length Zoom Air cushioning.

In 2025 and beyond, Travis Scott shoes will remain a focal point of the sneakerhead universe. More Travis Scott Jordan 1 Lows are confirmed to release, as are Jumpman Jacks and Zoom Field Jaxx styles.
