An often overlooked Nike basketball classic will be making its way back to us as part of the Spring 2010 lineup. The Flightposite II LE, originally released in 2000, will be returning as a Retro release to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The Flightposite II has long been admired for its futuristic look and construction, including the carbon fiber midfoot, zip-up shell and, of course, Nike’s Posite materials. Much to the delight of many sneakerheads, the shoe will be back in two colorways next year. One version will be a Black on Black style, while the other gets a little flashier, combining Black with Metallic Zinc for a a very slick-looking model. You can expect both pairs to be hitting shelves early in 2010 and you know we’ll keep you posted with all the latest news until then. Via NT.

I hate shoes with zippers!!!! They are always way to narrow and I can’t zip em up. I don’t even have wide feet. These shoes suck!!!

These are a hot ass pair of kicks, despite them being very uncomfortable. I be copping any way. Can’t wait for these to release. It will be good to have these in the collection after it took all these years to re-release.
