The Vans Switchback boot debuted last month as the anchor for Off the Wall’s California collection. Those first two pairs kept things simple, looking like two of the finest peacoat-companions a sneakerhead’s ever seen. With these new pairs, we’re starting to see a fork in the family tree. One uses a distressed oiled leather for a rugged look that screams ‘beloved boot’, while another pair would be perfect for the Chick-fil-a Bowl, with its orange and maroon tumbled leathers (go Hokies!).
