When historians discuss Gourmet footwear’s early years, they’ll likely discuss the brand in terms of distinct phases concerning its design leanings and naming conventions. Not for nothing, this brand got started by jacking Air Jordan silhouettes and lifestyling them, but these early Italian-numbered joints were just a precursor to their identity as masters of hybridization.
