If the Galaxy Foamposite release was any indication as to how chaotic the release of the Air Yeezy 2 could potentially unfold, we could be in for one of the most chaotic sneaker releases in history. It appears that some sneakerheads want to take no chances at missing out, as campouts for the Nike Air Yeezy 2, confirmed to release on April 13th in the Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum colorway, have already begun out in Los Angeles outside the Beverly Hills House of Hoops. In a video brought to us by Jordan Geller of the ShoeZeum, we’re offered a look into the psyche behind these determined sneakerheads/opportunists that have deemed it worth the near seven-week wait for the shoes. It’s become clear that Nike and House of Hoops need to coordinate on a safer and more efficient method of releasing such high-profile sneakers, but for now, it appears that the campout queue is only getting longer. Thats not camping out. Just because you leave a chair doesn't mean sh!#t. Anyone not there in line when I get there will find their chair in a pile. This is why people end up getting blasted. HOH Bev needs to set some regulations. All they have to say is no leaving chairs or better yet no camping until a few days before.
It's reckless, I was told they just showed up out of the blue and wouldn't leave, this isn't even a HOH issued line. This has gotten out of hand and is unacceptable, people camping out for 7 weeks??? These people (resellers/hypebeasts) have put the snaeker game on life support. Even general retro releases like the old royal xs and the cement 4s, which used to be an easy cop are hard to get. Not to mention the quality of shoes going downhill while the price goes up.
