Missoni caught our attention when they teamed up with Converse for an original take on the famed Auckland Racer silhouette. Their use of yarn for a casual aesthetic was something to take notice of, and ever since, the words Missoni and Converse have sparked interest. Today we get a look at the latest collaborative effort from the two, one that takes a winterized Converse Chuck Taylor to task, while the Italian fashion house gets creative liscence to do practically whatever they want to the blueprint. Earthy tones run rampant here, but the real head-turner is the loud furry lining for added warmth. We’re still unsure whether either creation will arrive stateside, but they’re headed to Asian retailers on December 5th, 2014.
