The Playoff-Ready Jordan Super.Fly 5 PO Is Now Available

Jordan Super Fly 5 Po Purple Dynasty 01
Blake Griffin has been championing the Jordan Super.Fly series for almost a half-decade now, and the latest Jordan Super.Fly 5 received a playoff-ready update a little earlier than expected this year, complete with a completely overhauled upper with a new midfoot strap for added lockdown support. The latest Jordan Super.Fly 5 PO colorway only matches one playoff-destined team, though, as the “Purple Dynasty” look features a shade similar to the alternate jerseys of Michael Jordan’s own franchise: the Charlotte Hornets.

While the Hornets are currently battling the Bucks and Bulls for an Eastern Conference Playoffs spot in a surprisingly competitive Eastern Conference this year, perhaps the Jordan Super.Fly 5 PO Purple Dynasty will help give the squad an extra push. The Super.Fly 5 PO first caught our attention with an OVO-themed Black/Metallic Gold colorway, but there’s more than just the color choices that have changed. A patent leather-like midfoot strap and mudguard features a bold Jumpman branding on the medial side while cracked elephant print adds a touch of luxury.

What do you think of the latest Jordan Super.Fly 5 PO? Check out more detailed shots below and grab your pair a little early from select retailers like Renarts for $140 USD before more colorways pop up on Nike.com.
