Apparently, the Supra Cruizer will not be the only skate shoe this season to draw inspiration from the Air Jordan catalog. The Vans Owens Hi is obviously a tribute to some classic Jordan models. The silhouette and colorway are reminiscent of the Air Jordan V, but the shoe also sports some red ridges on the heel similar to the II’s and speckles on the midsole like the IV’s. Aside from its obvious influences, this shoe has some nice touches of its own with a quilted pattern around the ankle and select panels decked out in white croc skin materials. If you are dedicated to skating in style this winter, you might want to pick up a pair at Grip.
