Sticking with the theme of skating on cars, Clark Hassler used his experience of grinding on the trunk of a vintage Mercedes-Benz, big-bodied sedan as an inspiration for his Nike SB Blazer Low. Just like the look of the classic Benz used for his Custom Series contribution, Hassler’s Blazer Low is designed with a classy, clean and simple approach. The entire upper of the shoe is smooth, premium looking black leather only divided by stitching and some perforation on the mid-panel. Color is only visible on the inside of the tongue and the gold “NIKE” on the heel tab, which matches the gum sole. Unlike the two earlier Custom Series sneakers we’ve shown you, these Lows will be available this month – March, 2009 – at Nike SB retailers so you can get your fit right when preparing to grind on some vintage luxury cars.
