The Air Jordan 2009 was met with a mixed reception from sneakerheads and the colorway options were fairly limited, but this latest edition should bring the spotlight right back. To coincide with Michael’s induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame, Jordan Brand will be releasing a Hall of Fame pack that will consist of HOF editions of the 6 Rings, Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2009, all to be sold separately. This Air Jordan 2009 features a Black patent upper with Red and White accents, but the most noteworthy attribute has to be the number pattern graphics printed on the shoe’s midsection. The design features a jumble of numbers that were all somehow significant to Mike’s illustrious career and will be used on all the kicks from the HOF pack. The Air Jordan 2009 as well as the others are expected to drop in September around the time of the Hall of Fame ceremonies. You can check out some more images of these kicks after the jump and be sure to stay tuned for additional info. Via Kenlu.
