The Nike Trainer TW II has most recently been seen as part of the Nike SB line, but it obviously started as a Nike cross-trainer well before it was adapted into a skate shoe. Now this fresh model will be back as a general release, shedding its SB tag for this latest version. These kicks are inspired by the Godfather of Nike Trainers, Bo Jackson. Like the Air Trainer SC that we showed you last week, this Air Trainer TW II sports a black and metallic silver Raiders color scheme in honor of one of the greatest athletes to ever live. In another tribute to Bo, his pixelated “Tecmo Bo” likeness is featured on the tongue label, a nod to his unstoppable abilities in the Nintendo classic, Tecmo Bowl.
