Here’s a close-up look at the upcoming Air Jordan CP3 Tribute in the immortal black/red/Cement Grey colorup.  Just the colorblocking on these on the rear sections would be enough to evoke that beloved Air Jordan III colorway, but the Elephant print hindfoot wrap and modified eyelets makes the resemblance unmistakable.  There’s also a strip of speckled midsole a la AJIV’s signature pattern, so it’ll be interesting to see if the next Chris Paul signature shoe from Jordan Brand spawns a similar mashup.  For the time being, check out more shots after the jump, and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the CP3 Tribute release date.  via Taobao
