The latest Nike Dunk High Premium takes us back a couple of years, back around the time of the inception of Nike Sportswear. Prior to late 2008, Beaverton’s NSW division was known as the Sport Culture department, but the welcomed name change accompanied the opening of the 21 Mercer St. NYC flagship store, and the rest is history. Early among the NSW releases was a Dunk High in tonal purple with Safari print, which resembled the ones pictured above with their bright purple laces. The laces on this new pair are blue instead and the official color is Deep Burgundy, a color of suede that’s wrapped with the same cloth strip that marked the nylon Vandal Dunks that hit around the same time as the aforementioned Safari pair. An updated blast from the recent past, this new Dunk High Premium is available now from JBseller on eBay.
