Many skaters prefer the low-profile construction of skate shoes, so where does the Nike SB P-Rod IV High fit in? The upper features a similar design to its low-top brother but of course the glaring design cue of this shoe is the super-high ankle. A view from the rear makes these skate-shoes look like snowboard boots, but given the skate-specific onstruction of the P-Rod IV, these high-tops should be a fine choice – its just based on preference or personal style. This white, black, and sport red upper features a simple colorway (almost like a ‘Ryu’ if we’re comparing it to the Akuma colorway) with a perforated black leather swoosh. Take an extra look after the jump and pick up a pair now over at Flatspot.
