We saw a slew of Athletics West Omega Pack releases from Nike Sportswear earlier in 2010, and now it’s time for a pack that examines how that chapter from early Swoosh history might be viewed in light of the more recent. The Athletics Far East collection adds a Japanese twist to some NSW standbys, like this newly ruggedized model above, the Nike ACG Lava Dunk. And just as these are the ‘yin’ to the AW ‘yang’, you could say that about the AFE Lava Dunk and Air Moc releases. These heavy duty Dunk Boots flip the Mocs’ script, opting for a tonal upper of leather and ripstop with camo print concealed within the sockliner. Like many modern upper tier Dunks, these joints feature a Zoom Air cushioned insole, and you can choose from sand brown or black colorways, both of which will be available tomorrow at select NSW/ACG accounts like London’s Foot Patrol.
