Here’s one with particularly interesting timing. 2004’s Nike SB Dunk High ‘UNKLE’ offers a reminder of the mid-decade’s high contrast styling so despite its legendary status, we were still surprised when an homage showed up on a recent Vans Slip-On custom contest winner. Those were black, pink and white just like the originals, but may have taken on a different look had this other edition hit retail. The FUTURA-designed Nike SB Dunk Low Pro ‘UNKLE’ was/woulda been basically an olive green take on the same Never, Never, Land look, but you’ve probably never seen a pair cos only something like four were ever made. Luckily enough, one of them has come available at the N-SB Marketplace and you can see more photos of this spotted owl of an SB Dunk after the jump.
