Vans was among the earliest sneaker brands to offer a deck shoe design with their del Barco series and now the look that’d been kept to those relatively new designs has been applied to one of the all time classics. Check out the Vans Vault Sk8-Hi Boat LX that’s gonna hit retailers in Q3. Their rich and earthy suede construction has the look of the fall season for which they’re releasing, the burgundy moc toe also evoking the ruggedness of a Red Wing workboot. But this is a boat shoe, not a steeltoe, so we get the choice of leather laces in brown or orange to finish off the theme.
