Rafael Nadal vying for his sixth title in seven years is getting most of the attention at this year’s French Open, but let’s not forget that another all-time great is taking to the clay at Roland Garros this week as well. Sixteen-time Grand Slam winner Roger Federer will soon be slipping and sliding across the Parisian clay, and while we’ve already shown you his Lunar Vapor Tour 8 signature for this year, how about a look into 2012 at Federer’s next. The Nike Zoom Vapor 9 Tour eschews LunarLon cushioning in favor of a more traditional Zoom Air-equipped sole, Flywire supports also notably absent in next year’s model.
