Supra’s summer release list reads like a stream of consciousness, a series of drops that have Kevin Bacon’d their way from the ‘Flag Pack’ Skytop IIs back in May through a series of holiday and color themed releases that most recently culminated in the news of a ‘Paris’ Skytop. That model is done in a monochromatic leather upper with colored accents and an Eiffel Tower hangtag, details that apply in their own way tot he new Supra Vaider Mid ‘NYC’. This Big Apple-inspired, Empire State Building-tagged design takes its dark upper from the asphalt common to the concrete jungle, the taxicab yellow accents a common pairing in previous NY-themed releases.
