The Nike LeBron Ambassador line is a take-down series of the Nike LeBron signature line. The American market has yet to see a release of any takedown signature model from either the Nike LeBron and Nike Zoom Kobe line, but in China, it’s a whole different ballgame; the sport of basketball has experienced exponential growth in China over the years thanks to the idol-like status of American superstars LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and Kevin Durant, and Nike has recognized that growing trend and capitalized on it by releasing certain shoes exclusively in that region. LeBron James, who is currently touring China, was spotted wearing the Asia-exclusive Nike LeBron Ambassador IV – the latest take-down model from the Nike LeBron Ambassador series. It features a familiar lower-cut construction, with Flywire-stabilized carbon-fiber panels on the upper, 3M reflective material on the ankle collar, the LeBron lion logo on the heel, and a new ‘Ambassador’ logo molded onto the tongue.
