Nike didn’t exactly invent the idea of special and/or limited edition ‘packs’, though they did apply this marketing tactic common to many collectable hobbies, the first company in the sneaker world to do so. So when examining the new Supra ‘Highlighter Group’, the range of responses will be somewhere between ‘outright ripoff’ and ‘just another colorful release’. This is the first time all summer Supra’s released more than three in its color-themed packs, this time the Supra Society, Bullet, Cuban and Stacks all crafted in black suede and each with its own contrasting neon sole.
