Supra has offered respectful nods to Nike in a variety of ways since it was established just a few short years ago, everything from classic Air Jordan design elements to unmistakable classic colorways. The Supra Skytop III even has the vague appearance of a basketball sneaker design you might have seen in the late ’80s/early ’90s, and these latest two colorways evoke a couple of classics from around the same time period. One of them is a fairly obvious reference to Marty McFly’s Nike Air Mag from Back to the Future Part II and eBay mega-auction fame, while the other is less direct, though certainly similar in its color combo to the ‘Olive’ Air Jordan IX. Check em both out after the jump and look for these at select Supra stockists.
