IF you wanna pick up some Air Jordan IX’s in 2012 you’ve got a bit of a wait ahead of you. Granted that wait will be peppered with plenty of other hot retro releases so that should make it a bit more palatable. What’s on the menu when they do arrive? A mixture of the new and old, with this pair ending up in the former category as a reprisal of the 2002 pair sporting a similar but not exactly the same ‘French Blue’ look. What’s different on the Air Jordan IX “French Blue” in store for this year? First of all the blue hue is stretched a bit further in the midsole area, secondly the outsole seems slightly more milky this time around, almost looking like a glow in the dark effect is in place.
