We’ve seen the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke project utilize the muse of cartoons before, with Franalations cranking out a couple creations paying homage to Pokemon. This time around, the inspiration is a bit more of a throwback, with Massachusetts resident Kevin Marlin showing up to the studio at 21 Mercer with Alvin and the Chipmunks in mind. Up front on the pair is a two-tone suede combo of cognac and stone hues, a buttery application that comes the closest to mimicking the colors of Alvin himself. The rest grabs his signature outfit, using red and yellow nylon with a bit of extra emphasis on the yellow to make the “A” in the “AIR” branding pop a bit more. Click through with us to check out the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke “Alvin & the Chipmunks” by Kevin Marlin and hit up 21 Mercer now to set up your own Bespoke session.
