Has the Air Jordan 2012 proper been laid to rest? It’s been some time since we’ve seen or heard from the sneaker, pretty much limiting any new pairs to the NIKE iD creations going down out there in the community. In its stead is the Air Jordan 2012 Lite, a sleeker silhouette that shaves off some of the golf shoe inspiration in favor of a shiny Flywire exterior. Following up the vaguely superhero themed set we saw this month and that Olympic looking one right around the corner, three more are on tap for August. Two pairs split the difference between the red, white, and blue with a third more stoic dressed in black and white.
