Gourmet The 35 S

They both got started in LA last decade and maintain a unique spot in the modern men’s fashion world, but The Hundreds and Gourmet are very different brands.  It’s fascinating, then, to see that both of them hearken back to the early ’90s for that Pump Omni Lite/Blaze of Glory-like wavyness and be able to do it so differently.  Compared to the similar Hoya, Gourmet’s The 35 is a bit higher and slightly more rugged with trail overtones, and this tonal red colorup manages to do the label’s name proud with a rich mix of suede, leather and mesh.  Let us know where these rank on the growing list of contemporary styles with golden era roots and find this new 35 at retailers like Shelta.
