LeBron James enters uncharted territory as the Miami Heat begin the defense of their 2012 NBA Championship, but judging by the King’s Jordanesque run of accolades this year, more good things are most likely in store.  LeBron rarely misses games, never ceases to amaze, and always plays during the league’s Christmas Day TV showcase.  This year, it’s a Finals rematch against the newly unbearded Oklahoma City Thunder, and a spectacular combination of garnet and jade for the Nike LeBron X ‘Christmas‘.  The pairing of a fresh twist on a familiar simple holiday palette with nuances from the Hyperfuse ventilation, speckled and jewel-faceted midsole and translucent outsole means these are understated if entrancing and you can see them from a variety of additional angles after you click the jump below.  Last year’s Xmas LeBrons arrived around the same as Santa, so be sure to stick with Sneaker News to see if you’ll need some milk and cookies at your computer for a midnight release.
