The clock continues to tick on Kobe Bryant’s latest signature sneaker, with a Christmas release pretty much confirming that the sneakers will arrive in some form or another before the year’s end. Another pair that we can expect in the mix somewhere is this, the Nike Zoom Kobe VIII in blue and purple. The colorway could mean a few different things in terms of inspiration-perhaps reviving the ‘Draft Day’ theme that alludes to the initial selection of Kobe by the Hornets or perhaps serving as a tribute to the Minneapolis Lakers of old.
