Vans Sk8-Hi Platform

Platform shoes aren’t making a comeback for guys anytime soon (unless you count the ’90s Uptempos series’ notorious tooling), but for ladies, they’re considerably more common.  A natural switch-up from the classic heel, a design like the Vans Sk8-Hi Platform offers a feminine boost the likes of which would have made one an envied grunge goddess back in the ‘alternative’ days.  Today, the huge sole helps these stand out from the still growing pack of animal print sneakers, and you can see more of these along with a classic black/white leather mix after the jump while we all wait for the December release date.
