Nike Basketball’s big three signature athletes will carry on the tradition of bringing holiday cheer in sneaker form come Christmas 2012. The Nike KD V, Nike Kobe 8, and the Nike LeBron X are each set to arrive equipped with a different manifestation of the ‘Christmas’ theme; the Nike Kobe 8 ‘Christmas’ sports a scaly, almost stained glass look, the Nike KD V ‘Christmas’ is a static style video-game inspired affair, and last but not least, the Nike LeBron X ‘Christmas’ is the most straightforward of the set with its ruby red tones.
