Nike Sportswear was very low-key in celebrating the Cortez’s 40th anniversary last year. This shoe known to be among the most popular choices in Southern California was mostly honored in Asia for the 40th, so it’s natural to see these five new ‘Asia City Pack’ Quickstrikes focus on the region’s metro areas. In fact, all of these new drops are centered on China, as we see the Nike Cortez take on colorways inspired by Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei. New York sneakerheads will have a chance to grab these this Saturday, March 30th, but these Cortez QS’s are sure to move fast when they hit 21 Mercer tomorrow.
