Nike Sportswear issued a handful of retro runners this summer featuring a woven Jacquard material in the places we usually see mesh. With both Flyknit and patterned sneakers at all time highs, it’s only natural to see Beaverton continue to expand on these themes, and today we have a new making its first appearance on the oft-tinkered-with Air Max III. The Nike Air Max 90 JCRD utilizes a raised Jacquard technique that differs from those aforementioned drops and what we traditionally think of with that term, going for a Woven or Flyknit-like mix of colors arranged in staticky blends. The whole upper is done in this stuff and it rides a Free-forefooted sole like all of the Air Max 90 Current hybrids, so click through to see what’s in store and stick with Sneaker News for release info.
