Nike Lunar Pegasus ’89 – Anthracite – Volt

In addition to combining the heritage of the Peg 89s with modern LunarLon cushioning, the Nike Lunar Pegasus ’89 has proven adept at producing mostly neutral colorways with a bright pop.  The latest example is done in dark tonal greys, a mix of suede and mesh that adds leather Swooshes and a bit of nubuck at the ankle collar.  The aforementioned energy hit comes in the form of a Volt section at the rear of the midsole, a choice that serves to emphasize the Dynamic Support heel installation.  These are dropping now in the AP region so stick with Sneaker News for word on a US release date and click through for more photos in the meantime.
