The Nike Air Trainer 1 is probably one of the last sneakers that you would have anticipated getting a hybrid, dress shoe type look. But here it is, the original strapped up, multi-sport shoe decorated with all kinds of little leather perforations. The colorway in place also helps to orient them towards that theme thanks to the velvet brown and dark obsidian choices.
