A couple of different cities will be paid tribute to with this new Nike Basketball release that’s being billed as the LeBron 11 “Miami vs Akron”. There remains a big of ambiguity though: Miami vs Akron could be a call out to the two cities King James spends the most time in or it could be a reference to the school rivalry between Akron and Miami University in Ohio. There are a couple different sets of photos floating around for the shoes that have different levels of lighting going on, but the official color lists them with a brave blue base that gets the benefits of green glow, mineral teal, and atomic pink around the permiter. Early talk has put the pair together with a December release date, but stick with us to find out when, and if, that becomes official.
