If there is indeed a perfect formula for creating a women’s Air Max 1, this is it. Take the classic 1987 layout on the Nike Air Max 1 whose birthday we just celebrated, then apply to the mudguard and Swooshes to a faint shimmer treatment that gives even neutral colors an added appeal. This particular pair is entirely white and tonal grey, a pair that had it not been for the feminine lean of the detailing in question would have been a surefire hit for the guys (there’s a tonal grey Jacquard coming up this weekend, though, so no sweat there).
