It looks like this colorful, and so far pretty elusive, Kobe 9 is a Philippines pair (Check the banig graphic across the upper). Before you start getting all worried about them never showing up in the states due to that designation, do remember that last years’ Nike Kobe 8 PP pairs did eventually hit big box stores like Foot Locker. Hopefully this version with its colorful upper will do the same, but we’re not making any promises yet.
