Will history be more generous to this Nike Free Trainer 5.0 or the earlier, fingertrap version of the shoes? At some point the identical names will need to be resolved – perhaps people will be arguing on sneaker forums decades from now trying to figure the whole thing out based on shreds of evidence. For the time being though, this pair is definitely taking ownership of the moniker as the aforementioned fingertrap has faded out a bit. The sneakers are again seen in a rather Oregon looking colorway that dons pine green and mixes in some varsity maize.
