Air Jordan 1 OG “Hoyas” from 1985

Air Jordan 1 OG “Hoyas” from 1985

Air Jordan 1 Hoyas

You know all about the “Hoyas” Nike Terminator, but how much do you know about this original Air Jordan 1-looking pair that was also made for that school? The exact history on these is a little unclear, and they might not belong in the Air Jordan category proper due to a technicality regarding them predating that shoe (Also you’ll notice a lack of actual Air Jordan 1 branding). The story goes that the Hoyas shoe here was made for Georgetown to wear in lieu of the Dunk back in 85, but the design was instead used for MJ’s first signature. Have another look at this rare piece of Air Jordan history below and let us know if you think Nike should bring these back.
