Although it seems as if every week brings about a slew of new Air Max 1’s, Nike continues to break the monotony with limited edition iterations that certainly raise a few eyebrows. Clearly still motioning behind the steam of Air Max Day earlier this year, the timeless 1987 silhouette remains a focal point in 2014 for the brand that could feature so many others, yet sticks with its roots honoring the 27th anniversary of “Air.” Today, the Nike Air Max 1 Leather takes center stage blending both navy and blue tones throughout the upper married to black leather at the toe box and collar. White Swoosh branding pairs with a corresponding midsole while a multi-colored outer completes the look.
