It’s hard to believe that Nike hasn’t released a Metallic Gold Foamposite pair in the past, and yet here we are in 2015 getting a first taste at the precious metal arriving on the Nike Air Foamposite One. Available March 14th, we got an early look at the pristine colorway that rivals that of the infamous Copper aesthetic thanks to Nike Basketball’s All-Star Weekend festivities. The shoe keeps the color blocking status quo with a metallic Foamposite base getting treated in a 24K rendition of excellence while a black tongue and sockliner makes sure to not avert your eyes. Throw in the traditional amount of icy-ness on the outsole and this is one of the more formidable Foams we’ve seen in quite some time.
