The Nike Air Hawk Flight is Coming Back

Nike Zoom Hawk Flight Retro 2

Heads up, vintage Nike Basketball fans, another classic model is on the way back. Championed by Gary Payton in 1997, the Nike Air Hawk Flight is a shoe closely associated with the Glove, however, not an official signature shoe. After the warm reception that his first official signature shoe—The Zoom Flight ’98—received upon its return, it looks like Nike thought it wise to bring back the Hawk Flight, as well. The unique shoe featuring a metallic lateral support wing and classic late-90s hoops styling appears to be confirmed for a retro return, as we get a look at a catalog image here today. Enjoy this early preview of what we assume is only one of many colorways we’ll see for the Hawk Flight upon its return, and stay tuned to Sneaker News for further release information on this never-before-retroed Nike Basketball classic.
