Vans Brings Back Their Original Slip-Ons

The Vans Slip-On cannot be counted out as one of the most iconic sneakers ever, especially if you’re partial to not having to tie your shoes. The Slip-On literally never goes out of production (or style, for that matter), always making it easy to pick up a fresh pair of the casual checkered kicks. Now Vans Vault celebrates the heritage of the skate, BMX, and slacker favorite with a re-release of the Slip-On with all of the details of its original 1979 version. So while you can pick up the Slip-On almost anywhere Vans are sold, they won’t be quite like these. The Vans Vault Slip-On OG is featured in the model’s original three colorways of black, white, and of course, the iconic checkers. Each colorway is built on the original vulcanized waffle sole and features a leather heel lining on the insole. The Vans Vault Slip-On OG Collection is arriving now at finer Vans retailers globally.
